Foreword
The company Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Società Agricola has the privacy needs of its Users very much at heart and on this page it intends to describe in a transparent and detailed manner the ways in which it provides for the processing of their personal data; this is so that all Users can provide free and informed consent to the processing of their data, in full awareness of the guarantees provided by law and of the constant commitment of Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Agricultural Society to protect their privacy.
This information is also provided in compliance with Art.
13 of Legislative Decree.

Privacy Policy
The information is also inspired by Recommendation no.
2/2001 that the European data protection authorities, meeting in the Group established by Art.
29 of Directive no.
95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online.
However, this information does not refer to sites that are not owned by Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Società Agricola and which may possibly be accessed by means of links placed on our sites.
On them Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Società Agricola has no power of control and therefore disclaims any responsibility for the processing of personal data of Users that is carried out through such sites.
This policy may be subject to changes directed at updating it with respect to legislation and technological developments that may have occurred.
Owner and data controller
Consultation of this site may involve the processing of certain personal data of the User.
“Processing” of personal data means “any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data.”

As provided in the information referred to in Article 13, paragraph 1 – letter f of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, no.
196 “When the owner has designated more than one person responsible, at least one of them shall be indicated, indicating the site of the communication network or the means by which the updated list of those responsible can be easily known.”
To comply with the regulatory dictate, it is noted that the updated list is available at the company’s headquarters.

Types of data processed and purposes of processing
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the sites owned by Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Agricultural Society automatically acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data relating to the User’s navigation.
This information is collected exclusively for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is used only within the company; however, this information could, by its very nature, make it possible to trace the identity of the User, including through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes:
the IP addresses of the computers used by Users using the service; the number of accesses; the pages viewed; the date and time when the access occurred; the Url where the browser was before viewing our page; the browsing browser; the operating system used.
Such data will not under any circumstances be used to carry out activities of so-called “profiling” of the User nor will they be disseminated or communicated to any person outside the company; they will in any case be deleted after a period of 30 days from their registration.
Data voluntarily provided by the User
The data optionally and freely provided by the User by filling in the form will be acquired together with his/her e-mail address.
Such data may eventually be used by Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Agricultural Society only to improve and make more effective the service provided.
Such data, on the other hand, will neither be disseminated nor communicated externally.
Method of processing and scope of data dissemination
Personal data, held for the above purposes, are processed, in a fair, lawful and transparent manner, through the use of automated tools.
Optional provision of data
Apart from what has been specified above regarding navigation data, the personal data that must be compulsorily provided by Users are marked with an asterisk placed in the margin of the fields in the forms.
Such mandatory data normally consist of the first and last name of the requesting party, the entity or company to which it belongs, a telephone contact and e-mail address.
The provision of any other personal data requested in the forms for access to the service is therefore optional and entirely left to the User’s will in this regard.
The User’s failure to provide personal data does not entail any detrimental consequences for him/her except, in the case of failure to provide mandatory data, the inability to provide the requested services.
Informed Consent
Without prejudice to what has been specified above with regard to navigation data, all forms on this site, within which personal data are requested, are provided with an appropriate disclaimer that refers to this document.
Transmission of the form is conditional upon acknowledgment and acceptance of this document.
What Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Agricultural Society intends to guarantee is that Users give their consent to the processing of their personal data only after becoming aware of all the rights guaranteed to them by law and of the policy followed by the company in the activity of processing such data.
Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Art.
7 of Legislative Decree.

196, the interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
Of the origin of personal data;
Of the purposes and methods of processing;
Of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
Of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative in accordance with article 5, paragraph2
Of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
The data subject also has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations referred to in Nos. 1 and 2 have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;
The above rights may be exercised at any time by submitting a simple request by registered letter, fax or e-mail to the data controller.
The person in charge will contact the applicant as soon as possible.

In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the purposes of Art.
13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, Tenuta Tarcisio Maule S.r.l. Agricultural Society – Contrada Selva, 10 – 36054 Montebello Vicentino Vicenza, Italy , as the data controller, informs applicants for information regarding the services referred to the company’s activities, what are the purposes and methods of processing of personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their conferment.
The data collected from interested parties to receive information constitute processed data and are processed and used directly to fulfill purposes instrumental to the request sent by the interested parties, and the consequent processing thereof.
Data processing is carried out through paper, computer and telematic media by specially appointed internal persons.
Data are retained only for the time strictly necessary to interact for the issuance of information or give feedback and updates to applicants regarding the services offered and guaranteed by the company, and in any case no longer than two years from the registration of the data and except for further retention obligations arising from the possible establishment of a contractual relationship with the interested party.
Personal data collected in this way will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties, except for communications necessary to carry out the activity referred to in the aforementioned purposes.
The interested party may assert his or her rights as expressed in Art.
7, 8, 9 and 10 of Leg.

7 the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain information on:a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;d) the identity of the owner, managers and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters
(a) and
b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in relation to the right protected.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

The provision of data is optional but necessary, as any refusal to respond will make it impossible for the owner to process requests from interested parties.
Pursuant to D. Lgs.
196/2003, consent to the processing of the aforementioned data is necessary as they are collected outside of prior contractual agreements.
