We are a family who decided to share a big project: to create a winery in the heart of the beautiful hills of Selva di Montebello.
For generations, we have been dedicated to producing high quality artisanal wines, respecting traditions and raw materials, but always looking to the future!
Our philosophy is simple: to share our passion for wine.
Each bottle encapsulates the essence of our commitment and dedication, and each sip is an invitation to discover the history, terroir and craftsmanship behind each of our labels.
SELVA DI MONTEBELLO A UNIQUE TERRITORY
Tenuta Maule and our vineyards are located in Selva di Montebello, a wonderful wine-growing area at the foot of the Lessini Mountains, ancient submarine volcanoes.
Here the soil, of volcanic origin, is composed mainly of basalts and is rich in minerals.
Thanks to these characteristics and the ideal climatic conditions, our area is particularly suited for the production of elegant and long-lived white wines.

From our native grape varieties, such as Durella and Garganega, through the international Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, to the innovative PIWI varieties, our wines are a journey through the ancient knowledge of a territory and the new challenges given by climate change and respect for the environment.

Tales of the Territory is the line that encompasses the three wines that symbolize the tradition of the Gambellara and Lessini Durello DOCs, and represents the enological synthesis of what Selva di Montebello is to us.
LA CHIOCCIA
We are convinced research innovation, including in viticulture and oenology are the key to meeting the climate challenges of the future and, at the same time, producing wines that are free of chemical residues.
That is why we believe in the PIWI varieties, which make it possible to reduce phytosanitary treatments in the vineyard by 80%.

For the winemaker, each wine has a soul and, each in its own way, is unique and precious, like the protagonist of a story.
