SPARKLING WINE CLASSIC METHOD
The story behind the bottle
In times long past there was a tough-skinned warrior with a piercing gaze that often confused anyone who tried to understand him fully.
His heart was like a bunch of grapes, tough but full of precious juice.
Throughout his life he had fought strenuously, often misunderstood by the crowd who could not perceive the complexity of his essence.
He loved his land deeply and would give anything to protect it from adversity, but at the same time he felt crushed under the weight of his rough armor.
He would have liked to show his true soul, but people still saw him as a crude, sour and impetuous fighter.
After many battles and clashes, the giant felt the call of a peace that only rest could offer.
He then retreated to his beloved hills and indulged in a long and deep sleep, during which the warrior embarked on an inner journey.
In the silence, the metamorphosis took place.
The hard bark softened, and the complexity of his features was revealed.
Out of this restful slumber emerged a transformed Eroiconirico, rich in nuance and elegance.
Its essence, once misunderstood, now dances briskly in the goblets of those who savor it, bringing with it all the magic of Durella.

L’UVA DURELLA
Durella is a variety of white grape native to the hilly area around Verona and Vicenza, specifically the Lessini Hills.
The thick, tough skin (hence the name) helps preserve the integrity of the grape during harvest and winemaking.
It is known for its lively flavor and pronounced acidity, characteristics that make it particularly suitable for the production of sparkling wines valued for their unique character and complex flavor profile.
