DESIONIRO
DURELLO CLASSIC METHOD
The story behind the bottle
In distant and mysterious lands lived an epic being born of Eroiconirico’s dreams, the brave misunderstood warrior known as Desioniro.
Desioniro was a fantasy dragon with a shiny, golden coat, and his presence was as brilliant as it was vivid.
Not knowing the limits of time or space, he existed in a dimension suspended between the real and dream worlds.
His mission was to guide and protect, to bring light and joy wherever he went.
And so he found his ideal companion in Bastionero, a strong and resolute man, deeply attached to the land, as stolid as he was in need of someone who could ease the burden of his responsibilities.
Desioniro became his faithful friend, always at his side, ready to brighten the darkest moments with his liveliness.
When Bastionero would retreat to his fortress, Desioniro would appear in his dreams, bringing with him the golden, shimmering light of his reflections.
It was a moment of rest and rebirth, a moment when all worries dissolved, and Bastionero’s soul was recharged with energy.
His breath was like a crisp breeze, capable of awakening and invigoration.
Bastionero, thanks to the presence of his legendary companion, found the strength to face each new challenge with enthusiasm.
Their bond was deep and unbreakable, like an eternal dance between dream and reality.

L’UVA DURELLA
Durella is a variety of white grape native to the hilly area around Verona and Vicenza, specifically the Lessini Hills.
The thick, tough skin (hence the name) helps preserve the integrity of the grape during harvest and winemaking.
It is known for its lively flavor and pronounced acidity, characteristics that make it particularly suitable for the production of sparkling wines valued for their unique character and complex flavor profile.
