Manual harvest in early September
PROCESSING
Immediate destemming and cooling of grapes, followed by soft pressing.Maturation in stainless steel for 6 months with bâtonnage every two days. Partial aging in barrels of first and second passage.
Drawing of base wine in spring.
REFINING
Maturation on the lees for a minimum of 18 months, followed by disgorgement and top-up to brut dosage.

DESCRIPTION
Appearance: The Blanc de Blancs Brut Bramardita shows a golden yellow hue, the splendor of which is accentuated by a very fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: The inviting aromatic bouquet offers an initial impression of mimosa, followed by a dance of scents embracing the freshness of pear, the sweetness of vanilla, the exoticism of pineapple and the richness of brioche.
Underlines of citrus, white pepper and peach round out the aroma, creating an olfactory experience that anticipates the complexity of the taste.
Mouthfeel: The tasting is a journey through intensity and freshness.
